You might think that Inverness is in Scotland. Not this place. It is a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. (map) and there is a Hash there. Sort of.
There are at least two explanations why this place is called Inverness. One is that Scottish soldiers in the Swedish army during the 17th century were barrcked there, far away from town so they couldn't disturb the peace. The other is that somebody had visited Inverness in Scotland on his Grand Tour and liked the place so much that he named his country estate after it. Just take your pick, we know which story we prefer!
